Kotu soy litter: benefits and how to choose
Soy litter is made up of pellets, which consist of biodegradable fibers. When moisture gets in, the pellets combine into a como, which can be thrown into the toilet.

Benefits of soy litter:
  • maximum hygroscopy: a minimum amount of pellets is needed to absorb a large amount of moisture
  • blocks urine odor
  • biodegradable, so it won't clog drains.
  • the granules are heavy and large, so they do not stick to the paws of a cat
  • great for potty training a kitten.

When choosing a litter, pay attention to
  • whether the litter is scented or not. If your pet is allergic, choose the unscented one
  • choose soy if there is a kitten in the house; the filler will not harm the pet, even if it accidentally chews the granules.

We’re in the process of testing Kotu Tofu Natural Ivory litter.
