This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") applies to all information that the website alpaka.by may obtain about the User while using the website. This Privacy Policy defines how Private Trade and Production Unitary Enterprise (PTPUE) Alpaka-Bel collects, uses, stores, and discloses information received from users on the website http://alpaka.by/.

 

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1.4. "Processing of Personal Data" – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without them on personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. 1.1.5. "Confidentiality of Personal Data" – a mandatory requirement for the Website Administration or any other person who has obtained access to personal data to prevent its dissemination without the consent of the data subject or other legal grounds.

1.1.6. "Website User (hereinafter referred to as the User)" – a person who accesses the Website via the Internet and uses it.

1.1.7. "Cookies" – a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User's computer, which a web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time the User tries to open a page of the respective website.

1.1.8. "IP Address" – a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.

6. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

6.1. The User is obliged to:

6.1.2. Update or supplement the provided personal data if changes occur.

6.2. The Website Administration must:

6.2.1. Use the collected information solely for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Keep confidential information private, not disclose it without prior written consent from the User, and not sell, exchange, or otherwise distribute personal data, except in cases provided in Sections 5.2 and 5.3.

6.2.3. Take precautionary measures to protect the User’s personal data.

6.2.4 Block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of the User's request or inquiry from their legal representative or an authorized data protection authority for the duration of the investigation, in case of identified inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.

 

7.LIABILITY OF PARTIES

7.1. The Website Administration, if failing to fulfill its obligations, is responsible for damages incurred by the User due to the unlawful use of personal data, except in cases specified in Sections 5.2, 5.3, and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. The Website Administration is not responsible for the loss or disclosure of Confidential Information if:

7.2.1. The data became public before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. The data was obtained from a third party before being received by the Website Administration.

7.2.3. The data was disclosed with the User's consent.

7.3. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites visited by the User. The Website Administration is not responsible for the actions of third-party websites.

 

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Before filing a lawsuit, the User must submit a written complaint for voluntary dispute resolution.

8.2. The recipient of the complaint must respond within 30 calendar days.

8.3. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to a court in accordance with Belarusian law.

8.4. The applicable law for this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration is the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
